Return and Refund

All warranty periods indicated are from Krystalcosmetics.com unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by Krystalcosmetics.com  Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Krystalcosmetics.com warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact admin@krystalcosmetics.com by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complaint and provide your purchase proof.

After receiving Proof, you will be required to ship the defective item back to Krystal Cosmetics with the Purchased receipt. Also, include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. Krystal Cosmetics recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as Krystal Cosmetics does not warrant a physically damaged product. Krystal Cosmetics does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

Krystal Cosmetics will not cover any shipping charges for any products.

If the product is determined to be defective and it is covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed and when it will be ready will be shipped out as soon as possible or you have to come to our store to pick up when it will be ready for pick up and you will be informed by e-mail or phone.

For any defective products, you will have to wait an estimated 2~6 weeks until Krystal Cosmetics gets a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.

It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turn around times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.

Krystal Cosmetics can help facilitate warranty service between you and the manufacturer for retail items, but will not cover any expenses incurred for warranty service. For any products that have a warranty, Krystal Cosmetics will not cover shipping charges.

If the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Krystal Cosmetics is limited to the service level offered by the manufacturer or supplier, please read your product warranty information carefully before contacting us.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Krystal Cosmetics packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
