Sleep on your back

Eat more salmon

Try a delicious drink against wrinkles. One study showed that cocoa, which contains two high levels of antioxidants (epicatechin and catechin), protects the skin from sun damage, improves skin cell circulation, stores moisture and makes it softer and smoother.
